1. Introduction

Welcome to KnowSpecs ("Platform", "we", "our", "us"), a product intelligence platform that aggregates, structures, and presents product specifications, variants, and related data.

2. Nature of the Service

KnowSpecs provides structured product specifications (models, generations, variants, trims), product comparison and filtering tools, aggregated and AI-processed data from multiple sources, and APIs and data access for developers and businesses.

Important: We are not a manufacturer, seller, or official distributor of any listed products.

3. Data Sources and Accuracy

KnowSpecs collects and processes data from publicly available sources, manufacturer websites, third-party providers, and automated scraping and AI structuring systems.

While we aim for high accuracy, data may be incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent. Specifications may differ by region, generation, variant, or trim, and errors may occur during extraction or processing.

You must independently verify critical information before making decisions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, crawl, or extract data from KnowSpecs without permission, reverse engineer or replicate our database structure, use automated bots to overload or disrupt the system, resell or redistribute our data without a valid license, or use the Platform for unlawful or misleading purposes.

5. API and Data Usage (Critical Section for Your SaaS)

If you use KnowSpecs APIs or data services, access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas, and data is licensed, not sold.

You may not build a competing database using our API, cache or store large portions of data without permission, or redistribute raw data publicly.

We reserve the right to revoke API access, throttle or limit usage, and charge based on usage tiers.

6. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership

KnowSpecs owns data structuring models, normalized specification schemas, aggregation pipelines, UI/UX, and platform architecture.

Third-party trademarks, product names, and brands belong to their respective owners.

You may not copy our structured datasets at scale, recreate our product intelligence system, or use our branding without authorization.

7. User-Generated and Submitted Data

If you submit or edit data, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use and store it, confirm the data is accurate and lawful, and acknowledge that we may modify or remove submissions.

We are not obligated to publish user-submitted content.

8. Third-Party Links and Integrations

KnowSpecs may include external product links, affiliate links, and third-party integrations.

We are not responsible for third-party content accuracy, pricing or availability, or external services' policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KnowSpecs is not liable for business or financial decisions made using our data, inaccurate or incomplete specifications, service interruptions or downtime, data loss, or system failures.

10. Disclaimer

All services are provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee 100% data accuracy, real-time updates, or continuous uptime.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated, suspicious or abusive usage is detected, or API misuse or data abuse occurs.

12. Changes to the Platform

We may modify data structures, change API responses, and add or remove features without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bangladesh.
